Exhaustion is real funny - in that it doesn't go under 0. Exhuastion stops when you have 0 energy. (ex. is suppsoed to take 10 energy with it, but say you had 5 max e now because of exhaustion, you use gale, you dont have -5e max e, just 0) - So you can see that if you swith your Slots around and get more energy back - that energy is given to you exhaustion free - meaning you can technically use Gale when you shouldn't have any energy left.
I really hope they fix this in the next balance update so that exhuastion goes into negatives much like energy does, it would really stop the gale spamming from warriors while still keeping the effectivness of gale.

How come I never seen anything about this in any pvp thread?

I've begun using Gale in Sorrow's Furnace. It works really well. But in at least one case it made for slowwww regeneration after a fight.

Am I correct in assuming that the exhaustion penalty, no matter how large, only goes away at the equivalent of one energy pip? (I.e., one point every three seconds?)
